When I was in LA this past week, my aunt made me a green juice just like the one we posted in January and I had more energy than ever. Susan of Peas and Love thought she’d share another delicious juice she constantly makes for a morning pick me up – Beet Juice! It’s filled with amazing nutrients for your body and it’s so sweet you won’t even know it’s good for you.
Enjoy this morning treat!
Antioxidant Beet Juice
Ingredients:
5 Beets, unpeeled
5 Carrots
1 Lemon
1 Orange, peeled
6-7 Stalks of Kale (with stems)
Directions:
Put all the ingredients through your juicer. Drink up. Repeat.
