Here in San Francisco it doesn’t feel like winter anymore – it’s warm. This entire week has been in the 70’s and it has me excited for spring. I’ve been running around in flats, light sweaters and have found myself putting away boots that were my go-to shoes since June (thanks to the fog). Maybe San Francisco is now in the Southern Hemisphere or something? The cherry blossom trees outside my window have already started blooming . . . that usually happens in April.

This rare summer-like weather has me thinking about flats for the warm days ahead. Since I wear timeless clothes that can go with just about anything, I like to mix it up with my shoes – having both classic and statement flats is a must for me. I’ve selected two of each that I’ll be hoping to rock in the coming months. The black Frye flat I had last year and wore almost every day – so comfy!

Do you have a favorite pair of flats?

1. Lavin Patent-leather Nude Ballet Flats

2. Freda Salvador Wit in Bronze Metallic

3. Loeffler Randall Mara Flat Espadrilles

4. Frye Regina Flat in Black

We just moved to SF and I wrote about a store on Sacramento Street and some purchases we made there. This weather is amazing. Just worrying a bit about the drought.

    Love these flats!!!
