Spring is right around the corner – I know I have been dreaming about it with all this rain we’ve been having. While I’m a firm believer in purchasing investment pieces, when it comes to adding fun seasonal items to my wardrobe I definitely don’t want to break the bank on them. Everyone deserves to look chic without a large price tag. That’s why I always turn to Sole Society for these items. With new styles being added every week I know I can always find something chic to add to my regular rotation. I’ve pulled together a handful of my favorite items that I’ll be adding into my regular wardrobe once it warms up. For now I’ll be bringing them down to Arizona for spring training with me.
1.) Regina Round Frame Sunglasses in Milky Taupe
2.) Layout Cutout Ring
3.) Lightweight Infinity Scarf in Stone
4.) Cooper Leather Gladiator Sandal in Frappe
More of my spring time favorites!

This classic look that I could wear pretty much every single day.
Herringbone, what can I say – love it done with hardwood floors and backsplash.
I’ve been searching for a few new recipes to add to my breakfast routine. This one will be tested this week.
This cross-body is perfect for running around town.
Since returning from Istanbul I’ve been a little more than obsessed with patterned tiles. These two images got my imagination racing.
What are you loving this week?
It’s no surprise that I love a good stripe – whether it’s a shirt or scarf, I have a plethora of stripes in my wardrobe. Since we’re off to Paris next I figured stripes were the perfect way to get me excited for the next leg of our trip. I love the way French women mix in stripes as a basic in their wardrobe. They always where them in such a chic way – it’s incredible. I’ve pulled together a few of my favorites.
1.) Silk Henley Tank in Stripe
2.) Side-zip Slub Ponte Top in Stripe
3.) Splendid Striped-sleeve Knitted Sweater
4.) Long-sleeve Sailor Stripe Tee
With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching everyone seems to be in a hurry to make plans. It has been a long standing tradition for Eric and I do have an amazing impromptu date night either a few weeks before or after the overpriced prix fixed menus Valentine’s Day brings. On Valentine’s Day we cook at home together and curl up with a romantic movie. This year we decided to give Frances a whirl – it was the perfect spot for a romantic date night out.
One of my favorite things about Date Night is getting dressed up – I love pairing together new outfits that are a little more chic than my day to day work attire. This combination has been my go to ensemble for dates – skinny jeans, with a chic sweater and a pair of stand out heels is all you really need. A detail about this particular sweater that’s not shown is the fact that there is a slit on the side of each arm to show some skin. Do you have a favorite go-to item when you get ready for a date night out?
More date night favorites!
I’ve got to be honest with you, as much as I wanted to embrace the wedge sneaker – I couldn’t pulled the trigger on them. I always felt like I should be going to the basketball court. With that being said, I have been loving the slip-on sneaker look. They are easy, comfy and perfect for traveling. A must for me this spring! While I haven’t bought a pair yet (mainly because I can’t decide on which pair I want), I’ve pulled together a few of my favorites that I’m deciding between. Have you embraced this trend?
