I love a dining room that embraces simplicity. You don’t need clutter in a dining room and by keeping it simple, the focus can be on the food you eat and the company you keep. Truth be told, all you really need for a functional dining room is a quality table that will accommodate chairs that are durable enough to withstand body weight after multiple helpings of dessert, and a killer light fixture to anchor the space – everything else is pure vanity but certainly doesn’t hurt.
